Check-out Procedures:

1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, please remember that checkout is 10:00 AM or earlier. Other guests may be arriving the same day and the cleaners need time to prepare for their experience.

2. Kindly leave the property as you found it.

3. Strip the beds and leave the sheets on the beds.

4. Place used towels in the bathtub.

5. If any plates, dishes, pots, or cutlery was used, please wash them or put them in the dishwasher, and start it.

6. Switch off all the lights.

7. Leave AC/heat at a comfortable temperature.

8. Please ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked (return the key to the lockbox if applicable.)

9. If the lockbox was used, please scramble the code when putting the keys back in the box.

10. Send us a message on the app, or text us directly when you are preparing to depart so the cleaners can come by for turn over.
